How do I cancel my Coyn Premium subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Coyn, and select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. Your financial data is stored exclusively on your device. We never upload your transactions, balances, or any personal financial information to our servers. Only you have access to your data.
Can I use Coyn without creating an account?
Yes. Coyn requires no account or registration. You can start tracking your expenses immediately after downloading the app without providing any personal information.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your financial records. We recommend reviewing your data before uninstalling if you need to keep any records.
Can I track multiple currencies?
Coyn supports multiple currency symbols so you can track your finances in your local currency. Check the app settings to configure your preferred currency.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
